We supply elevator solutions to businesses and institutions throughout London and the South East, we can maintain and install all types of lifts from 50kg service lifts through to 10 tonne goods lifts.

As a service based Company we are not tied to any one supplier, we are therefore able to meet with all our clients requirements and budgets without compromising quality. ERS Lifts and Electrical Ltd will plan from initial consultation through to installation, completion and maintenance, allowing the customer the complete package from day one.

Modernisation and Repairs

ERS Lifts and Electrical Ltd. plan all modernisation and repairs using new equipment with a field proven history. Modernisation packages are planned after consultation with the client to establish the end use. New equipment fitted will be the best suited to these requirements with all spares availability being considered in the unlikely event of breakdown and ensuring no specialized programming tools are required to allow the client full control of the future maintenance of their lifts.

Refurbishment works carried out will be discussed with the client to ascertain the performance they require from the lift and then we will advise on the options available and of the equipment we recommend which will always be from suppliers that have been carefully selected after monitoring their performance and reliability and the availability of spare parts in the unlikely event of faults and no equipment which requires special tools will be selected unless specified by the client or their agents.

Installation

Installation works are carried out after discussions on the type of lift required to meet the demands of the building are agreed and using the latest technology equipment to the market with the same views for parts as within refurbishments works. All works carried out are planned on our 1SO9001 approved software controlling programmes/parts fitted and registering dates and sources and using procedures as approved under our Quality Management Systems.

Call Out Service

ERS Lifts and Electrical Ltd operates a 24-hour, 365 day call-out service, therefore giving our customers complete piece of mind.

Maintenance contracts are tailor-made to suit the clients individual requirements, but we offer four standard types of contracts as shown.

Maintenance contracts are programmed after consultation with the client to establish any special requirements. All maintenance contracts are monitored on the company system allowing diagnostic monitoring of all breakdowns thus identifying lifts with repeated common faults to allow replacement of equipment not operating correctly.

Callouts are carried out and all details logged on our system for future reference and all response times are monitored to achieve the best performance for our clients with reports sent to the client for their records.

This service can be increased with the lift having a monitoring unit fitted calling back to our central system allowing breakdowns to be identified and repaired sometimes before the building owners being aware of the lift failure.

Compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act? The disability discrimination act (DDA) comes into effect in 2004 requiring building owners to consider the need of disabled users within the building as well as access from outside. ERS Lifts and Electrical Ltd will carry out a site survey and plan upgrades to allow compliance to the new standard where possible.
